Membership in the Service Training Academy is reserved specifically for DTNA registered service outlets and their employees.

Service Outlets

Service outlets that are not currently registered in the Academy, and would like to join should complete the Location Registration form which can be accessed from the link below and fax it to 248-488-3263.

User IDs and passwords for employees of DTNA registered service outlets are managed by their location’s Service Training Academy Program Administrator or service manager.
