The Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) Service Training Academy is an industry leader in providing training, certification, continuing education, and technician recognition for the DTNA service network. The Service Training Academy trains the dealer and distributor instructors and provides education courses for authorized technicians on vehicle and engine diagnosis and repair. Courses are provided both online and in classrooms at training centers spread across North America.
